Counselling for young people aged 16+
Growing up and becoming an adult can bring significant changes and pressures.
Young people may be navigating exams, university, friendships, relationships, family changes, identity, expectations about the future or the transition into adult life.
Sometimes these pressures can become overwhelming.
You may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, low confidence or difficulties in relationships. You may feel confused about what you are experiencing or find it difficult to talk about it with people close to you.
Therapy offers a confidential space where you can talk openly about what is happening without feeling that you have to protect other people or have all the answers.
I work collaboratively with young people, taking their individual circumstances, preferences and goals into account.
My aim is to provide a space where you can feel heard, understood and respected, while developing a better understanding of yourself and the things you are experiencing.
